On January 20, 88 faculty members and students from Ji’nan University visited Zhuhai United Laboratories Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (“United Bio-pharma”) for an exchange and study tour activity. The event aimed to promote the effective integration of classroom theory with industrial practice through on-site visits and in-depth communication, while also broadening students’ professional perspectives and industry understanding.

On November 26, at the award ceremony of the inaugural China Pharmaceutical Listed Companies Value Management Summit held in Beijing, The United Laboratories International Holdings Limited (3933.HK) was recognized for its outstanding performance in ESG transparency, ESG governance, and materiality management. The Company was listed among the “Top 20 Chinese Pharmaceutical Listed Companies in ESG Competitiveness in 2025” and received the certificate of “Top 20 Most Competitive Chinese Pharmaceutical Listed Companies 2025.”

To support newly promoted frontline managers in 2025 in quickly transitioning into their roles and enhancing core management skills such as team leadership, task delegation, and cross-department collaboration, the Group’s Human Resources Center, together with United Bio-tech’s HR & Administration Department and Pharmacovigilance Department, jointly launched the “90-Day Frontline Managers Transformation Bootcamp” in June 2025. This initiative injects strong momentum into the development of the Company’s management talent pipeline.

On July 16, United Laboratories (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd. held the launch ceremony for its Self-Produced Diluted Acid and Alkali Project. The project strictly adheres to the principles of a circular economy in its technological innovation, setting a precedent in environmental protection technology within the biopharmaceutical industry.
