To support newly promoted frontline managers in 2025 in quickly transitioning into their roles and enhancing core management skills such as team leadership, task delegation, and cross-department collaboration, the Group’s Human Resources Center, together with United Bio-tech’s HR & Administration Department and Pharmacovigilance Department, jointly launched the “90-Day Frontline Managers Transformation Bootcamp” in June 2025. This initiative injects strong momentum into the development of the Company’s management talent pipeline.
The bootcamp brought together 81 participants and innovatively adopted a dual-track approach of “online learning + offline practice.” From July to September, participants progressed through four phased modules covering role transition, task planning, motivation and execution, and performance evaluation. By deeply integrating theoretical knowledge into real work scenarios, the participants ultimately produced 76 management practice cases.
To select benchmark cases, evaluation panels were established by system, conducting two rigorous rounds of review over a one-month period. In the end, six cases stood out, becoming replicable and scalable management exemplars.
Closing Ceremony

On November 21, 2025, the closing ceremony of United Bio-tech’s “90-Day Frontline Managers Transformation Bootcamp” was held grandly in Hall 108, where company leaders and all participants celebrated this milestone of growth together.
The General Manager of the United Bio-tech, Mr. Cao, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Mr. Cao emphasized that frontline management training is a “critical move” in talent development and should align with the natural progression of talent growth, the essential needs of team management, and the Company’s future strategic development.

He pointed out that frontline managers need to strengthen their “work organization” skills and understand the collaborative logic of “mutual support between individuals and teams.” At the same time, addressing current gaps in management practices, Mr. Cao urged everyone to adopt an open mindset, benchmark against the best practices of multinational companies, and continuously enhance their management capabilities.
Outstanding Case Sharing
Participants whose cases were recognized as “Outstanding Cases” took the stage to share their practical experiences, showcasing the tangible results of applying theory in real work and providing replicable management insights for all participants.
Mr. Liu, Deputy Director of the Pet Care Division; Mr. Chen, Deputy Director of the Quality Center; Mr. Yang, Deputy Director of the Production Center; Mr. Xu, Manager of the Engineering & Equipment Department; Mr. Dai, Manager of the Pharmacovigilance Department; and Mr. Liang, Head of the Materials Control Department, each provided commentary on the cases shared by the outstanding participants.
Moment of Recognition
Company leaders and distinguished guests presented the “Outstanding Case Award” and “Learning Star Award” to the recipients, with each honor serving as the highest recognition of putting learning into practice.

Closing Message
At the conclusion of the closing ceremony, Ms. Jiang, Manager of the HR & Administration Department, extended warm congratulations to all graduating participants and expressed sincere thanks to the behind-the-scenes staff. She emphasized that putting learning into practice is the ultimate goal of the training, urging participants to accurately apply the management tools and methods learned in the bootcamp to real work scenarios.
She noted that frontline managers hold a dual role as both “managers” and “professionals,” and should focus on three core areas: workplace safety, quality improvement, and production support, using professional management to strengthen the foundation for the Company’s development. Finally, Ms. Jiang encouraged everyone by saying that the closing of the bootcamp is not the end, but a new beginning, urging continuous learning, rapid growth, and ongoing enhancement of personal capabilities.
Marking the Closing as a Prologue, Embarking on a New Management Journey
From self-awareness to management empowerment, and finally to business practice, the 90-day bootcamp has been not only a consolidation of knowledge but also a leap in capabilities. With the closing signal sounded, we look forward to all participants carrying the expectations of leadership and the gains from the training, and, with the pen of management, co-writing a new chapter of growth for themselves and their teams within United Bio-tech’s development blueprint!
