On December 21, 2025, as the unveiling ceremony concluded, salutes resounded and colorful streamers filled the air, marking the official inauguration of the TUL Craftsman Training School amid widespread attention from all sectors of society. Guided by the mission of “Mastering Craftsmanship, Empowering the Future,” the school is dedicated to addressing the shortage of skilled professionals within enterprises and aims to become a “talent engine” driving regional industrial upgrading and safe development.

The event was attended by Mr. Pei, Deputy Secretary of the Development Zone Party Working Committee and Director of the Administrative Committee; Mr. Li, Deputy Director; leaders from relevant municipal and district departments; representatives of partner enterprises; as well as the school’s Honorary Principal Mr. Zhang, Guangda Lianfeng’s General Manager Mr. Shu, and members of the Inner Mongolia TUL management team.

Awakening Minds, Opening a New Chapter in Talent Development

The launch ceremony officially commenced with the traditional “Lion Eye-Dotting” ritual, a cultural highlight rich in symbolic meaning, signifying the school’s role in opening the door of wisdom for talent and empowering future development. Subsequently, key attending leaders jointly unveiled the school’s nameplate, marking the official operation of the modern training facility with a total floor area of over 3,000 square meters.

In its first phase of development, the school has established a 2,188-square-meter practical training area and is equipped with advanced teaching systems, including MR and VR simulation technologies and industrial-grade equipment. These facilities lay a solid foundation for delivering high-quality skills training.

Appointment Letters Issued to Build a “Dual-Qualified” Teaching Team

At the ceremony, Deputy Director Mr. Li and Mr. Shu, General Manager of Guangda Lianfeng, jointly presented appointment letters to the school’s first cohort of theoretical and practical instructors. This faculty team comprises 33 members who combine the solid theoretical foundation of “engineers” with the hands-on expertise of “master craftsmen.” A significant proportion of the team consists of senior technicians, certified safety engineers, and industry evaluation experts, providing strong assurance for the professionalism and practical relevance of the curriculum.

Government–School Collaboration to Chart a Shared Blueprint for Development

In his address, Honorary Principal and General Manager Mr. Zhang noted that, amid the sweeping tide of today’s development, the demands for professional talent have become increasingly stringent and diversified. The school will remain steadfast in upholding a spirit of excellence and meticulous craftsmanship, sparing no effort to cultivate true artisans who meet the needs of the new era.

He emphasized that enhancing employees’ professional competence and nurturing technical talent will always remain at the core of the school’s mission, driving its long-term development and enabling it to supply society and fellow enterprises in the development zone with a steady stream of high-quality professionals.

On-Site Tour: Experiencing the “Smart Craftsman” Platform

Following the ceremony, guests toured the teaching facilities. In classrooms equipped with intelligent systems such as VR simulations of high-risk scenarios, fire protection water systems, and fire extinguisher simulation training modules, participants personally experienced the integrated “theory-and-practice” learning environment for fire safety training.

Looking ahead, the school will further expand its safety inspection and assessment services and develop advanced training modules in areas such as chemical process control and emergency response. These initiatives aim to build a comprehensive, end-to-end service system encompassing “inspection – assessment – training – certification.”

With the successful conclusion of the launch ceremony, the TUL Craftsman Training School has officially set sail. More than a hub for skills development, it stands as a key empowering partner within the development zone’s industrial ecosystem. With professionalism and craftsmanship at its core, the school will safeguard production safety and help shape the intelligent future of industry.
