Closing Remarks

In her concluding remarks, Ms. Li, Deputy General Manager of the Group Procurement Center, emphasized the importance of integrity and ethical conduct in procurement roles for the steady and sustainable development, drawing on the enterprise’s operational realities. She also put forward three key requirements for all procurement personnel: First, internally, all procurement staff must strictly adhere to procurement procedures to ensure every process is standardized and controllable, thereby promoting rational procurement practices and maximizing operational efficiency and value. Second, when dealing with internal demand parties, procurement personnel should accurately identify and clearly define procurement needs to ensure that all requirements are precise, feasible, and executable. Third, in supplier management, comprehensive investigations into suppliers’ backgrounds and capabilities should be carried out to strictly control supplier admission and cooperation, while effectively preventing risks that may conflict with the company’s interests.

She stressed that all procurement personnel should internalize the training content and translate it into practical actions, upholding the principles of “transparency, compliance and traceability.” She encouraged employees to maintain professional ethics, proactively avoid conflicts of interest, jointly safeguard the foundation of the company’s development, and foster a clean and integrity-driven procurement environment.

This training program established a systematic platform for integrity education and communication for the Group’s Procurement team, effectively strengthening employees’ awareness of self-discipline and enhancing their risk prevention capabilities. Moving forward, the Group will continue to deepen the development of its integrity culture, reinforce anti-corruption safeguards with strict standards, and promote standardized and compliant procurement practices, thereby providing strong support for the Group’s high-quality development.
