The 2025 First Knowledge and Skills Competition of the Chemical Pharmaceuticals Research Institute Concludes Successfully

To comprehensively enhance the overall capabilities and teamwork skills of R&D personnel and foster a culture of excellence and innovation, the first Knowledge and Skills Competition—hosted by the Company’s Labor Union and organized by the Chemical Pharmaceuticals Research Institute—was successfully held on November 8, 2025. The competition brought together multiple teams from the Institute, with participants spanning key functional areas such as process development, quality research, and regulatory affairs, fully reflecting the depth and breadth of cross-functional collaboration.

Regulatory Knowledge Quiz | A Test of Wits and Speed

At 9:30 a.m., the Regulatory Knowledge Quiz officially kicked off. The atmosphere on-site was both intense and lively, with team members highly focused and quick to respond. The questions spanned multiple-choice, multiple-answer, true/false, and open-ended formats, and the buzzers sounded repeatedly, showcasing the participants’ solid regulatory knowledge and agile on-the-spot thinking.

Proposal Design Presentation | A Fusion of Innovation and Collaboration

In the afternoon, the “Synthetic Route Design and Control Strategy Proposal” session took the competition to a new climax. Each participating team, through carefully prepared PPT presentations, showcased their innovative and practical technical solutions within 10–15 minutes. From considerations of green and cost-effective synthetic routes to the rigorous and comprehensive design of quality control strategies, every proposal reflected the team’s collective intelligence and dedication.

Uniting Innovation, Shaping the Future Together

The successful hosting of the first Knowledge and Skills Competition at the Chemical Pharmaceuticals Research Institute not only provided young R&D personnel with a platform to showcase their talents and learn from one another, but also served as an effective assessment of the Institute’s overall technical capabilities and team spirit. The competition successfully achieved its goals of “learning through competition, practicing through competition, and applying through competition,” greatly stimulating employees’ enthusiasm for learning and innovative potential, strengthening cross-functional collaboration awareness, and laying a solid talent foundation for tackling future complex R&D projects.
