- Strengthen Literacy Theory and Consolidate the Foundation of Ideological Development
Focusing on the theme of this year’s Work Safety Month — “Everyone Speaks of Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response and Identifying Hidden Safety Hazards Around You” — a training session was held on the morning of June 16. Centered on safety and environmental protection, the training aimed to enhance employees’ environmental awareness and safety literacy, safeguard their personal safety and health, and ensure that workplace safety measures are effectively implemented.
- Competitions to Strengthen Implementation and Embed Safety Concepts in Minds
By organizing safety knowledge contests and emergency response drills with the goal of “promoting learning through competition and enhancing practical capabilities,” the company further strengthened employees’ safety awareness and emergency response skills. These activities helped embed safety concepts deeply into their minds, fostered a strong atmosphere of full employee participation and joint efforts to build a solid safety defense line, and laid a firm foundation for future workplace safety efforts.
- Scenario-Based Emergency Drills for Quick, Accurate and Steady Response
At 3:00 p.m. on July 3, Workshop 101 conducted an emergency drill simulating a nitrogen leakage incident involving Cefpirome Sodium. During the drill, all emergency response teams reacted swiftly, effectively bringing the leak under control in a short time. The command team led the operation efficiently, and personnel were evacuated in an orderly manner. Innovatively, the event integrated the drill with the publicity and educational activities of Work Safety Month. Through on-site observation and hands-on training, participants and observers gained a deep understanding of the importance of standardized operations and proper emergency response, providing strong support for strengthening the company’s workplace safety defense line.
- Role Models Set the Standard, Building a Collective Safety Wall
On the morning of July 4, an award ceremony was held to honor outstanding teams and individuals who excelled during the activities, setting safety benchmarks and bringing the 2025 Work Safety Month to a successful conclusion. Over the past month, through theoretical training, practical drills, and skill competitions, employees have comprehensively strengthened their safety awareness and capabilities. The awards not only recognized excellence but also embodied the inheritance of the company’s safety culture. The event called on all employees to integrate the concepts of “safety as the foundation, drills as the battleground, training as the priority, and competitions as a driver for learning” into their daily work, collectively building a new safety management framework and providing a solid guarantee for the company’s high-quality development.
