A voluntary blood donation was organized by Zhuhai United Lab Labor Union in front of the company’s office building between Aug. 2 and Aug. 3. There were 119 donors donating up to 39,900 ml. Zhuhai company has shown its support through action to the public cause of voluntary blood donation in Zhuhai city.

While focusing on its own economic growth, Zhuhai company is also active in engaging in philanthropic cause and fulfilling its due social responsibility as an enterprise, taking voluntary blood donation as its duty and obligation. Before this donation, through OA, notification and WeChat channel, the company already extensively spread the significance and precautions about blood donation, mobilizing employees to take a part. Among these donors, there are the company’s leaders, staff from the production frontline, seniors who’ve long insisted on donating blood and new employees who give their blood for the very first time.

For long years, Zhuhai company has deemed voluntary blood donation a key channel for CSR fulfillment. Every year, it launches voluntary blood donation on a wide scale to demonstrate United Lab’s broad love and set an impressive social image. Since 2013, a total number of 524 employees have joined the donation and donated up to 181,010 ml. The company received the honorable title “Public Benefit Enthusiast, Voluntary Blood Donor” for 2 consecutive years (2015 and 2016); in June 2017, it received the “2015~2016 Advancement Award for Voluntary Blood Donation” issued by Zhuhai Central Blood Station and Red Cross Society of Zhuhai.
