The 2016 Conference of Guangdong Enterprise Cultural Construction was held by Guangdong Research Committee of Corporate at Dehan Hotel of Zhuhai City on March 26, 2017, themed on “Cultivating value culture; promoting independent innovation”. Sun Xijiong, president of Zhuhai Enterprise Culture, Zhang Yangding, vice-president of Guangdong Research Committee of Corporate, and Tian Feng, president of Guangdong Research Committee of Corporate attended the conference. A number of experts, scholars and persons in charge of corporate culture from over 100 Guangdong famous enterprises also showed up.

The conference commended the companies that showed outstanding performance in corporate culture in 2016. United Lab won the “2016 Excellent Enterprise for Cultural Construction of Guangdong Province” for its fruitful achievements in corporate culture construction.

The experts and entrepreneurs present discussed how to give play to the supporting role of corporate culture in the wave of innovation and further accelerate the soft power construction of corporate culture.
